New Group Head of Growth and Agrifood Consulting
We are pleased to announce the appointment of David Leydon to the newly created role of Group Head of Growth and Agrifood Consulting. Effective immediately, David will collaborate with colleagues to drive ifac's growth strategy across the evolving farming, food, agribusiness, and SME sectors. He will also lead ifac’s agrifood consultancy offering, leveraging his extensive commercial expertise to provide strategic guidance and support to clients.
David joined ifac in 2018 as the Firm’s Head of Food & Agribusiness. He has since been instrumental in developing ifac’s agrifood consultancy offering, and the Firm nowprovides a wide range of expert led consultancy services including strategic planning, market research, food business and retail advisory, strategic marketing and communications, sustainability and ESG, and funding and management accounting.

David is a passionate advocate for digital transformation, AgTech, farming, food, and agriculture. He is a regular media contributor and a judge for the Enterprise Ireland Innovation Arenaand is also a founding director of AgTech Ireland. He holds an MSc in Business and IT from DCU as well as an MBA from Henley Business School in London.
