Noreen Lacey

A native of Laois, Noreen comes from a dairy background and is now living and farms in partnership with her husband, on their dairy farm in South Kilkenny. Noreen, holds a Degree in
Agricultural Science from UCD and a Degree in Business Studies from IPA.

In 1998, she joined Glanbia, working in the Agribusiness Division where she was a technical Sales Rep and later works as a branch manager for their branch in Ballyragget (Kilkenny). In 2002, she joined ACCBank as an Agri Advisor and progressed to Senior Agri Banking Manager and remained in ACCBank for 12 years. In 2014, Noreen joined AIB as National Agribusiness Development Manager where she led the implementation of a National Agri Business development programme at both national and regional level.

With ifac since 2018, Noreen advises farming clients to help structure and secure strong lending proposals for bank loans.
