Mary McDonagh is Head of HR & Payroll Services; she is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, ICF qualified Coach. She holds a Diploma in Payroll Management and MA in HRM and has extensive experience in Human Resources Management & Payroll Management in the SME & MNC sectors; Encompassing Rewards, HR Operations, Payroll, HR Strategy, Change Management, Learning & Development, M&A.

Mary previously worked for companies such as State Street, Bank of Ireland, Bulmers, Green Star & KPMG.

She leads a highly motivated team of qualified, experienced Payroll, HRM & Employment law professionals. They have significant experience delivering for clients, e.g. Payroll, Contracts of Employment, Compliance, Performance Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development & Workplace Investigations and Inspections.

Mary is a Galwegian now living in the Premier County.
