Livefarm announced as the winner of the 2023 ifac Best Newcomer award

On Tuesday evening at a ceremony in the Enterprise Ireland Innovation and AgTech Arena at the Ploughing Championships, Livefarm were announced as the winner of the 2023 ifac Best Newcomer award.

Livefarm works with farmers to manage their soil sampling tasks and records. 

David Leydon, our Head of Food and Agribusiness commented, "We are really looking forward to working with Mark Connolly and Livefarm as the business scales over coming years. 

This is the fifth year in a row that ifac has  supported Enterprise Ireland and the National Ploughing Association to recognise early-stage, Irish agtech businesses and entrepreneurs that are leading the way with their innovative products. 

Over the past number of years we've had a great experience working with previous winners including Cotter Agritech, Strongbo Agritech, Moonsyst and Marteye". 

The winner of the ifac Best Newcomer Award receives 12 months of ifac advisory and accountancy services such as business structure and tax advisory, financial planning, growth strategy and corporate finance.
